Manager, Regional Service Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Regional Service Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will oversee regional service delivery operations with a strong focus on high-value shipments, white-glove execution, and data center logistics. The manager will lead teams across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring secure transport, installation readiness, and a consistently exceptional customer experience. In partnership with clients and internal stakeholders, this person will drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across complex service engagements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,720 – $158,850 annually Responsibilities Oversee the secure and timely transport of high-value technology products to data centers Ensure compliance with transport SOPs and security protocols Lead white-glove teams in rack installations and hardware deliveries Conduct site surveys and risk assessments for new data center projects Recruit and mentor service teams to foster a culture of safety and excellence Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for concurrent projects Serve as the primary contact for clients during delivery and installation Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 6+ years of experience in service delivery, logistics, or data center operations required Expertise in managing high-value shipments and white-glove services Strong knowledge of rack installation, cabling, and data center infrastructure Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and TAPA standards Experience with risk assessment and site survey protocols Benefits Opportunity to lead specialized teams in high-stakes environments Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence Exposure to cutting-edge data center technologies Opportunity for professional growth in logistics and service delivery Working in a dynamic environment across multiple projects Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
