Regional Service Delivery Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will oversee regional IT service delivery and support operations, with a strong focus on service quality, escalation management, and contract compliance. The manager will partner closely with leadership and support teams to coordinate performance monitoring, drive process improvements, and ensure reliable service across the assigned region. Success in this position will require strong customer service leadership, cross-functional communication, and the ability to keep critical operations running effectively in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT service delivery across the assigned region
• Organize and manage regional IT support personnel to ensure high-quality service
• Coordinate with leadership on escalations and performance monitoring
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Provide regular status updates and support IT initiatives in the region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery or operations management
• 5+ years in multi-site or regional support roles
• Strong customer service orientation with leadership capabilities
• Proven skills in escalation management and performance monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain TSA eligibility
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
