About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Recruiting - Corporate to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will oversee corporate recruiting strategy and execution, with a focus on attracting exceptional talent across key business functions. The manager will lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers while serving as a trusted partner to senior business leaders. In addition, this position will help build a scalable recruiting organization that supports growth, change, and a strong values-led culture.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers
• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders to align recruiting resources
• Develop a long-term recruiting strategy to attract exceptional talent
• Build a team structure that optimizes efficiency and scalability
• Assess and enhance recruiting best practices across Corporate Functions
• Lead complex change initiatives to achieve business results
• Champion a values-led culture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive environment
• 4+ years of people management experience
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders on recruiting strategies
• Experience managing hiring across multiple business units up to Senior Director level
• Understanding of building a scalable recruiting function during hyper-growth
• Experience with conflict resolution and bias disruption

Pay

$204,000 – $296,000 annually
