About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Recruiting - Corporate to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead a team of recruiters and sourcers supporting Corporate Functions, with a strong focus on building scalable hiring strategies and improving the effectiveness of recruiting operations. You will partner closely with senior business leaders to align recruiting resources with evolving talent needs and drive hiring outcomes across multiple levels and business units. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic, values-driven approach to talent acquisition, team leadership, and organizational change in a fast-paced environment. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers
- Act as a trusted partner to understand and align recruiting resources with business needs
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies to attract exceptional talent
- Build an efficient and scalable team structure
- Assess and enhance recruiting best practices across Corporate Functions
- Lead complex change initiatives to drive business results

Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive environment
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive recruiting strategies
- Experience managing hiring across multiple business units and senior levels
- Expertise in conflict resolution, bias disruption, and performance management
- Strong commitment to diversity, belonging, and inclusion
Pay
Compensation: $204,000 – $296,000 annually
