Builds strong and effective relationships with all levels of leadership and the human resources organization to ensure the staffing process is completed efficiently and effectively. Understands, clarifies, and communicates customers' staffing plans quarterly, annually, and ongoing. Experience 10 years of experience in recruitingExperience developing and executing a recruiting strategyExperience in full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates Preferred Qualifications 5 years of experience managing a team/staffExperience in high volume fast paced recruitingFull life cycle project management experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field Certification Summary No professional certifications required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Demonstrates advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices.In-depth knowledge of HR related laws, policies, procedures, and guidelinesAbility to develop and manage projects and deliver measurable impactDemonstrated ability to develop and manage budgetsAbility to lead, influence and negotiate with all leader levelsDemonstrated leadership abilities including coaching, mentoring and motivating a teamAbility to multi-task and effectively balance multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsDemonstrates proficiency in utilizing the technology systems and tools that support recruiting and staffing efforts, such as eRecruiting and Lawson. Job Responsibilities Builds awareness and credibility with leadership, the human resources organization, and candidates as an expert who understands their objectives and needs and delivers results.Establishes strong customer relationships throughout Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta as an effective business partner and demonstrates a solid working knowledge of each customer’s unit of responsibility by regularly meeting with unit leadership.Educates and updates customers on initiatives to fill current and anticipated positions and provides insight and suggestions regarding marketplace trend data (e.g., economic, labor, industry insight).Continually assesses and identifies opportunities for improvement and develops solutions that positively impact hiring manager satisfaction and candidate experience.Provides consultation and assistance to leadership on recruiting- and staffing-related issues.Provides direction, leadership, and coaching to team members assigned to support recruiting and staffing.Works closely with recruitment team and all levels of leadership to assess current and future staffing needs and develop and present a recruiting/sourcing strategy that defines how the team will identify and attract candidates across all campuses.Ensures recruitment team is identifying and qualifying candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner by researching and utilizing techniques such as Internet-mining, social media, networking, job fairs, advertising, associate referrals, and third-party agencies for current and anticipated positions.Provides regular updates and reporting to leadership on the results of the staffing team and modifies process and strategy as necessary.Performs full life cycle recruitment as required.Ensures a commitment to identify and attract diversity candidates.Continually identifies and implements new sourcing strategies to support the attraction and engagement of candidates for current and anticipated openings.Manages and delivers projects that support Staffing’s objectives and meet/exceed standards.Identifies and manages key external relationships (e.g., advertising, college relations, associations, third-party agencies).Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading a team including: interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, directing work and processes, managing performance, recognizing, and rewarding employees, and providing opportunities for continued education.
