Responsibilities
- Ensure global consistency in the recruitment process
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the recruitment process in the US from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer closure
- Source and screen candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
- Provide regular updates to leadership and hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management role (can be management of process)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
