Responsibilities

  • Engage staff in training activities to boost engagement and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or 4 years of experience in training programs, ideally in healthcare
  • 4 years of in-service training experience in healthcare policies and procedures
  • 4 years of training and development experience, preferably in management
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous
