Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for the Patient Service Center
- Oversee quality initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Ensure training aligns with organizational standards and compliance
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs
- Engage staff in training activities to boost engagement and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or 4 years of experience in training programs, ideally in healthcare
- 4 years of in-service training experience in healthcare policies and procedures
- 4 years of training and development experience, preferably in management
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous
