About the role
Tuknik Government Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Quality Training Manager to support TGS and our government customer at Lee Summit, MO. This position is for possible future openings.
Responsibilities
- Supports all Quality activities within task areas
- Leads a team of quality auditors and tutors to perform all audit and training functions
Requirements
- Minimum General Experience: Three (3) years of experience in managing quality control operations
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Program management, Business or public administration, Production, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality management, Information systems, Engineering, or Finance/Accounting
- Must possess or successfully obtain within 180 days of contract award, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Skills & Abilities
- Must have experience in preparing and monitoring internal procedures for adherence to Government regulations and policies
- Must have experience coordinating operational and administrative actions
