Manager, Quality Assurance - General Merchandise

Position Summary

The (USA) Manager, Quality Assurance oversees the development and execution of quality assurance programs to ensure consistent customer service delivery and operational excellence. This role involves analyzing quality data, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective process enhancements.

What you'll do

• Manage quality assurance processes by focusing on upfront quality during development, conducting audits, analyzing KPI data, and delivering actionable feedback to improve products for the customers.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate quality programs and process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs, update documentation, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Foster accountability to achieve quality objectives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership, supporting continuous improvement and compliance with company standards.

• Proven experience managing quality assurance programs and conducting quality audits to enhance customer service delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and motivate teams toward continuous improvement.
• Expertise in quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends in quality, training needs, and process improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and report findings.
• Ability to implement and evaluate quality assurance processes aligned with industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Engineering, or related field and 2 years’ experience in training, quality, product development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in training, quality, product development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service, Human Resources, Sales, Training and Development, Training and Facilitation
• Masters: Business Administration

Additional Compensation

• The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
