Manager, Quality Assurance

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple agile teams for execution of quality processes
• Conduct program-level quality planning
• Oversee staffing assignments and team coaching
• Lead test planning and execution efforts
• Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration for quality outcomes
• Drive test automation initiatives and utilize AI for efficiencies
• Demonstrate ownership of product quality and team growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years in business/systems testing; 3+ years leading IT systems management
• 5+ years leading Agile teams and high-performing roles
• Prior experience as a QA Supervisor/Manager required
• Expert in testing techniques including functional and performance testing
• Proven track record in defining quality strategies and governance
• Experience with team hiring, performance management, and career development

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
