Responsibilities
- Ensure all incoming orders conform to established specifications through random audits.
- Ensure all outbound shipments meet established specifications.
- Drive distribution/supplier/plant improvement in quality through data analysis and reporting.
- Manage communications and relationships with internal and external customers.
Skills/Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience in quality assurance preferred
