Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Provide assistance with account maintenance and inquiries.
• Handle cash and handle petty cash as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some locations).

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is beneficial.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.
