Responsibilities

  • Create product launch positioning centered on customer value and brand differentiators
  • Work with product teams to clarify user needs and influence member experience innovations
  • Design go-to-market strategies specifying audiences, channels, and messages
  • Evaluate product launches for broader narratives tying back to the company’s value proposition
  • Facilitate and communicate complex ideas across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Act as the liaison between product and marketing for a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Marketing, focusing on product or consumer marketing
  • Experience in B2C and/or entertainment industry product marketing
  • Track record of 360 global marketing campaign development and execution
  • Skilled in consumer messaging, value propositions, and positioning for global product launches
  • Strong grasp of product development and strategy
  • Understanding of product growth and strategic roadmap creation
  • High adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for entertainment and digital content
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for tech and creative collaboration
  • Proficient in project management
