Key Responsibilities
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates customer value and supports business growth.
- Lead go-to-market planning and launch execution for assigned products, segments, or strategic initiatives.
- Translate product features and technical capabilities into simple, compelling value propositions for customers and sales teams.
- Build sales enablement tools, training, and content that help frontline teams sell with clarity and confidence.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to uncover insights and inform strategy.
- Possess cross-functional partnerships with product, sales, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and innovation teams to bring cohesive product stories to market.
- Support demand generation and lifecycle campaigns with product expertise, messaging strategy, and customer insight.
- Measure launch and campaign performance, identify learnings, and recommend ways to improve future go-to-market efforts.
- Present product marketing strategies, launch plans, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external audiences.
- Serve as a confident product storyteller, including delivering product pitches, presenting in sales trainings, and potentially appearing in video, webinar, or on-camera content to help bring product stories to life.
Required Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, product, or related field
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including product messaging and storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Growing strategic thinking and business acumen
- Collaborative cross-functional partner
- Ability to influence internal and external customers
