Position Summary The Special Supplemental Benefits team is seeking a Manager, Product Implementation & Operations to support the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Medicare supplemental benefit programs. This role is responsible for coordinating implementation activities, supporting operational readiness, and contributing to operational process improvement efforts across the organization. The Manager will partner closely with operational, business, and vendor partners to ensure benefit programs are implemented effectively and operational issues are resolved timely and accurately. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of Medicare supplemental benefit initiatives and product enhancements.Coordinate implementation activities and monitor project milestones to ensure successful delivery.Partner with business, operations, technology, compliance, and vendor teams to gather requirements and support implementation planning.Identify risks, dependencies, and operational impacts associated with product, process, and program changes, escalating concerns as appropriate.Support operational readiness activities, testing coordination, and implementation validation efforts.Research, document, and resolve operational issues related to benefit administration and program execution.Develop, maintain, and enhance operational procedures, workflows, and process controls.Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and member experience.Support quality reviews, benefit audits, bid activities, and other operational initiatives.Analyze operational data and reporting to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.Assist in the implementation of process improvements and operational best practices.Maintain accurate documentation to support compliance reviews, audits, and business requirements.Ensure benefit administration activities comply with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Build and maintain strong partnerships across business, operational, and vendor teams.Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to implementation and operational initiatives.Provide operational support, share knowledge, and foster a collaborative team environment.Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience supporting project implementations, business requirements development, reporting, and operational process documentation.Experience working within Medicare Advantage, supplemental benefits, or a related healthcare environment.Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams while working independently when needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI), Uniform Flexibility (UF), or other Medicare supplemental benefit programs.Working knowledge of Medicare regulations, CMS guidance, and benefit administration processes.Experience collaborating with or supporting vendor management and external partner relationships. Education Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $60,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
