We support a wide range of digital payments choices, making transactions secure, simple, smart and accessible.
About the role
The Security Solutions Organization (SSO) encompasses Mastercard's security offerings beyond the transaction. We provide customers across industries and geographies with a tailored portfolio of solutions to address their business pain points. SSO provides cutting-edge services in the areas of Cyber Security, Identity & Fraud, and Disputes.
We are looking for a seasoned product manager within the Security Solutions space to play a key role in the commercialization/go-to-market execution for its products. This role is based in and supports the North American Market (NAM), and is designed to support a remote employee operating within the NAM business environment. The team’s goal is to ensure the long-term competitiveness of our payment network security solutions, for existing and new use cases; and to grow revenue by delivering more value to our customers.
This person will be part of a team of product managers and drive key activities including execution of the go-to-market strategy, defining the product value proposition and pricing, creating sales and delivery materials, and playing a key role in sales and delivery enablement to optimize revenue. The role will support products including First-Party Trust, Return Risk Intelligence, Scams, and new and emerging products in the First-Party Fraud and adjacent space.

- Act as connectors to ensure the commercial success of our products by working with Sales and Marketing while ensuring technical success through close partnership with Technology teams
- Drive globally relevant solutions by understanding regional needs and tradeoffs, and build scalable products that serve an array of customer segments

- Coordinate across cross-functional teams for product sales, usage, and continuous product enhancement
- Play a key role in rolling out new solutions focused on existing and new segments, use cases (e.g., real-time alerts), and networks
- Prioritize development efforts as they align against business strategy
- Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals
- Engage with customers to capture client feedback (VOC, NPS) and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement
- Support externally facing customer engagements, including strategic customer discussions, product education, feedback capture, and follow-up needed to advance adoption and value realization
- Represent and support Mastercard participation in relevant industry forums and associations, including Merchant Risk Council, Global Anti-Scam Alliance, and Merchant Fraud Alliance, to gather market insights, strengthen ecosystem relationships, and inform product strategy
- Accountable for measuring and optimizing product usage KPIs—number of enrollees, number of active users, etc.
- Support the customer life cycle strategy to enable the business to acquire new customers and retain the customer base, increasing lifetime value
- Find revenue optimization opportunities by cross-selling and upselling, collaborating with different verticals
Requirements
- Payments industry experience
- Great project management skills: highly organized and able to deal with multiple and competing priorities

- Strong communication and influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to clearly articulate problem statements and opportunity areas
- Strong analytical skills—analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products and tactics to optimize revenue
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal day-to-day supervision
