About the role
The successful candidate will manage the opening of the entertainment team at Wynn Al Marjan Resort in the UAE. Reporting directly to the Wynn Entertainment team, responsibilities include overseeing the transition from rehearsals in London to the operational phase on-site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the opening and smooth transition of the entertainment team from rehearsals in London to the operational phase on-site at Wynn Al Marjan Resort.
- Manage the team's performance and ensure all activities align with Punchdrunk’s standards and Wynn Resorts’ expectations.
- Collaborate with the Wynn Entertainment team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing entertainment teams, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in immersive theatre or similar creative industries is advantageous.
Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant field such as Theatre, Arts Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
