Key Responsibilities
- Prepare preliminary, revised, and final cost estimates, including project budgets and cost plans.
- Conduct market surveys to determine prevailing material and labour rates, and analyze rates for non-scheduled items.
- Visit project sites for quantity verification, rate validation, and cost analysis; compare estimated quantities with actual execution and prepare analytical reports.
- Review revised estimates, identify cost variations, ensure the accuracy and authenticity of rate analyses, and maintain updated cost databases for management decision-making.
Requirements
