About the role
The Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team assists clients in navigating complex regulatory and financial landscapes. As a Manager in Pricing & Contracting, you will work on engagements that enhance pricing strategy, operations, and U.S. government pricing compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in U.S. government pricing programs, including AMP, BP, ASP, NFAMP, 340B, URA, and interpret evolving regulatory requirements.
- Manage processes for extending statutory and other government prices, including rebate processing and discounted price lists.
- Assess and strengthen government pricing data, methodologies, processes, documentation, controls, and systems to improve accuracy and audit readiness.
- Advise clients on State Price Transparency reporting requirements and develop compliance strategies.
- Lead projects, manage budgets, and coach junior practitioners.
- Contribute to proposals and business development, creating reusable assets and thought leadership content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in pricing and/or contracting within life sciences, consulting, payers, providers, or related healthcare domains
- 2+ years of experience leading a team and influencing others, including coaching and mentoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate analysis into clear executive recommendations
- Experience with contracting processes, risk/controls thinking, and revenue management software (e.g., Model N)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MS, JD) preferred
- Experience in U.S. government pricing and compliance-oriented operations
- Commercial acumen and quality & control mindset
