About the role

The Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team assists clients in navigating complex regulatory and financial landscapes, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive value.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in U.S. government pricing programs, including AMP, BP, ASP, NFAMP, 340B, URA, and other relevant initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance compliance with government pricing and Medicaid requirements.
  • Adapt to and advise on new pricing constructs such as Most Favored Nation (MFN) based pricing, including GENEROUS, GLOBE, and GUARD.
  • Monitor and analyze the evolving regulatory landscape and develop market-leading viewpoints and offerings.
  • Assess and improve government pricing data, methodologies, processes, documentation, and systems for better accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Provide guidance on State Price Transparency reporting requirements and assist with compliance with various state regulations.
  • Manage government contract compliance, including risk mitigation strategies for pricing, discounts, rebates, chargebacks, and contracting strategies.
  • Offer expertise in government pricing system configuration and optimization, including data validation, testing, and reconciliation.
  • Lead and manage project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs and actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing and/or contracting within life sciences, consulting, payers, providers, or related healthcare domains.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing others, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear executive recommendations.
  • Experience with contracting processes and risk/controls thinking.
  • Knowledge of or experience with revenue management software (e.g., Model N).
  • Prior consulting or advisory experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotech clients.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MS, JD), preferred.

Pay

$135,400 - $265,100
