Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in operations, project management, executive support, nonprofit administration, strategy coordination, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize work, manage timelines, track details, and move projects forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and turn it into clear summaries, presentations, reports, and next steps.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to build strong relationships and coordinate work across teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and project management tools.
- Commitment to GreenLight Fund’s mission and values.
Location Preference
Preference for candidates based in the Greater Boston or San Francisco areas. Candidates in other GreenLight registered states will also be considered. These include California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. Candidates not in a GreenLight registered state will not be considered.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $85,000
