Program Manager, Office of the CEO

About the role

This role runs the operating cadence of the CEO's office, overseeing the social platform project and managing cross-team communications.

Responsibilities

• Set and run agendas for meetings, producing detailed notes that assign owners and deadlines.
• Track work to completion and ensure commitments are met.
• Recover stalled projects by identifying bottlenecks, assigning actions, and following through.
• Produce professional correspondence to clients, partners, and leadership.
• Document meeting outcomes in a way that allows for action items without further follow-up.
• Bridge communications between the CEO's office and various teams including engineering, product, and marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a startup, agency, production, or studio environment.
• Structured project management experience, including running meetings with agendas and producing detailed notes.
• Experience in recovering stalled projects, identifying and addressing blockers, and ensuring tasks move forward.
• Ability to draft professional correspondence effectively.
• Technical literacy to follow product and engineering discussions and track commitments.
• Availability for irregular hours across US-Korea time zones.

Pay

Base salary $70K–$135K plus equity grants, depending on level assessment.
