We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Title: Manager of Technical Pre-Sales Support – PV Module (but we don't repeat as heading) - Department: Commercial Office - Location: Houston, TX - Supervisor: Chief Commercial Officer - FLSA Status: Exempt - Position Status: Permanent, Full-time - Work Status: Hybrid - Summary paragraph: description of role. - Working hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. - Up to 30% travel. - Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. No sponsorship. - Essential Job Function & Responsibilities: list bullet points. - Required Qualifications: list bullet points. - EXAMPLES OF PHYSICAL DEMANDS: not needed? It's substantive but maybe not required sections. Could be included under Requirements? But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical demands maybe not needed; but we could include under Requirements? However instructions: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Responsibilities (essential job function). We have content for Required Qualifications (qualifications). We have content for Skills (communication, etc). We have content for Schedule (working hours). We have content for Pay? Not mentioned. So we should not include Pay section. Benefits? Not mentioned. So we should not include Benefits. About the role: we have summary paragraph; could be About the role. Also we have department, location, supervisor, etc. Could be included in About the role. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Skills, Schedule. But we have both Required Qualifications and Skills. Could combine qualifications and skills? But we have separate headings allowed. We'll include Requirements (maybe for required qualifications) and Skills (for communication etc). However the posting lumps qualifications and skills together; but we can separate: Required Qualifications (education, experience) and Skills (communication, collaboration, detail-oriented). We'll follow. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove. We must not include application instructions. We must preserve all substantive info: include department, location, supervisor, FLSA status, position status, work status, summary, working hours, travel %, work authorization, responsibilities list, qualifications list, skills (communication etc), maybe physical demands? Not required but could be omitted as not under headings. It's okay to omit if not under a heading; but we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit physical demands, we lose info. However we could include them under a section like "Physical Demands" but not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. But we must preserve all substantive info; we could embed physical demands within Responsibilities or Requirements as a paragraph. That would preserve info. Similarly, we could embed work schedule under Schedule section. Thus we will create sections:

Skills list: maybe we pull out communication, collaborative, detail-oriented, ability to interpret specs, etc. But we already included those in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could move communication etc to Skills and keep Requirements focused on experience/education/technical knowledge. Let's split: Requirements: experience, education, technical knowledge (PV module tech, MSA, Hail testing, PQP, field claim, codes/standards, tools, ability to interpret specs, cross-functional experience, degree). Skills: communication, collaborative, detail-oriented, ability to articulate technical info, etc. But we must preserve all info; splitting is fine as long as we don't lose anything. Let's define: Requirements (
): - Minimum 5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with at least 3 years focused on PV module technology, design support, or technical sales. - Solid understanding of PV module technology (cell types, encapsulation, certifications), performance characteristics, and relevant integration concepts within large-scale solar farms. - Experience in MSA (Master Supply Agreement) review, including Serial defects, Force Majeure clauses, and Sampling rates. - Familiarity with Hail testing requirements for PV modules and related customer or project qualification needs. - Experience with PQP (Product Qualification Program) report, reliability testing, and third-party audits. - Ability to provide Field claim support and coordinate technical issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders. - Knowledge of key industry codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, UL, and NFPA) relevant to solar and BESS projects. - Familiarity with PV system design and performance tools (e.g., Helioscope, PVSyst, AutoCAD). - Ability to interpret customer specifications, interconnection requirements, and performance guarantees to support the creation of technical designs. - Experience working in a cross-functional environment, interacting with sales, engineering, and construction teams. - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. - Master’s degree is a plus. Skills (
): - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical information to various audiences. - A collaborative and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering effective solutions. We could also include ability to interpret specs etc but that's already in Requirements. Now Schedule section: working hours and travel. - Working hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. - Up to 30% travel. We'll put in

. Now About the role paragraph: include department, location, supervisor, FLSA status, position status, work status, summary (maybe shortened but preserve all). We'll embed all. Let's craft paragraph: "Department: Commercial Office. Location: Houston, TX. Supervisor: Chief Commercial Officer. FLSA Status: Exempt. Position Status: Permanent, Full-time. Work Status: Hybrid.
