About the role

The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic and innovative environment. This role will focus on working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with customer teams to identify and address pain points in medical billing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new solutions
• Conduct research and analysis to inform solution development
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field
• Experience with healthcare billing systems and technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about improving healthcare delivery and reducing costs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, or Tableau
• Knowledge of healthcare billing standards and protocols

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
