Manager of Revenue Systems and Reporting ( (100% remote)

Reports To: Director of Revenue Accounting

Overview

Newly created opportunity with a growing revenue organization seeking a Manager/Senior Manager of Revenue Systems & Reporting. This is an individual contributor manager-level role with significant cross-functional visibility and business partnership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong revenue/finance background, deep knowledge of Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR), prior system implementation experience, and experience partnering closely with IT and other business functions. Publicly traded company experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build out revenue reporting strategy, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner closely with IT, Revenue Accounting, Finance, and Data Analytics on systems, implementations, integrations, and reporting.
• Analyze complex revenue and financial data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across revenue reporting.
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes through automation and AI.
• Establish reporting methodologies, data definitions, and operational processes.
• Support strategic business initiatives through data-driven analysis and insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in revenue accounting, finance, revenue systems, BI, or reporting.
• Deep understanding of Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).
• Prior experience with system implementations required.
• Strong cross-functional experience partnering with IT.
• Publicly traded company experience required.
• Experience with SAP required/preferred; Power BI, Excel, and SQL strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

Pay

$150,000–$160,000 + Bonus
