Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with advertisers, affiliate networks, and demand partners.
  • Source and onboard new high-performing offers across Impact Scale’s traffic channels.
  • Negotiate payouts, budgets, caps, and exclusivity to maximize campaign profitability.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase revenue through improved payouts, new advertiser relationships, and better offer economics.
  • Ensure media buyers always have access to competitive, scalable offers.
  • Act as the primary liaison between advertisers and media buyers.
  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Coordinate campaign launches including:
      • tracking setup
      • creative approvals
      • budgets and caps
      • compliance requirements
    • Ensure campaigns launch smoothly and scale efficiently.
    • Work with internal teams to troubleshoot campaign issues including tracking, lead quality, advertiser feedback, or delivery problems.
  • Campaign Performance Oversight:
    • Maintain monitoring of campaign performance including:
      • CPL
      • CPA
      • ROAS
      • Lead quality
      • Approval rates
    • Identify underperforming campaigns early and collaborate with media buyers to improve performance.
    • Coordinate creative refreshes, offer adjustments, and scaling opportunities.
  • Advertiser Communication:
    • Maintain strong day-to-day communication with advertiser partners.
    • Understand advertiser goals, lead quality expectations, and campaign objectives.
    • Represent Impact Scale professionally and build long-term partnerships.
    • Provide insights and updates when needed on campaign performance.
  • Strategic Offer Development:
    • Continuously research and evaluate new verticals, advertisers, and offers.
    • Identify opportunities to expand revenue through new partnerships and campaigns.
    • Work closely with leadership to grow Impact Scale’s advertiser ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • affiliate marketing ecosystems
    • offer payouts and margins
    • tracking infrastructure
    • campaign economics
  • Experience managing advertiser relationships or advertising accounts.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of links, tracking, redirects, cookies, and attribution systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

Pay & Schedule

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
