Create
Lead social media strategy for UMC Canada’s domestic artist roster, overseeing planning, execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization across key markets.
Manage and optimize artist social accounts, ensuring profiles are accurate, strategically aligned, and effectively support artist development and campaign objectives.
Identify and leverage commercial partnership opportunities, collaborating with artists, platforms, and stakeholders to drive promotional, marketing, and business development initiatives.
Use data and analytics to uncover audience growth opportunities, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights that improve results.
Provide social media expertise and strategic guidance to marketing, artist, and management teams, identifying key moments and opportunities within artist campaigns and release cycles.
Develop and maintain relationships with social platform partners and global counterparts, sharing best practices, campaign learnings, and emerging digital trends.
Serve as UMC’s Nashville representative, building and maintaining strong relationships across the local music community, including artists, management, industry stakeholders, and partners.
Act as a key liaison between the Nashville and Canadian music communities, facilitating connections and supporting collaboration opportunities for UMC artists and teams.
