Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to achieve Grace Ridge sales goals.
• Oversee lead generation, prospect follow‑up, property tours, events, move‑ins, and other sales activities.
• Partner with BRHC Marketing to create promotional materials and expand outreach through community, regional, and national events.
• Provide sales activity reports.
• Train and support marketing staff.
