Job Summary
The Manager of End User Computing will provide leadership and direction for teams focused on improving user experience and operational efficiency within IT. This role will manage the Desktop and Outreach teams, ensuring the delivery of hardware and software support across various locations. Job Essentials
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 5+ years of relevant experience in desktop support or related fields
- Experience in healthcare, IT and operations is preferred
- 3+ years of managerial or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for clear communication with leadership and team members
- Ability to adapt to evolving end-user needs
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- High proficiency with Windows OS, Mac OS, and MS Office
- Experience with Endpoint Management solutions
- Familiarity with both full and thin client workstations
Education Requirements
Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
