Manager of Clinical Services

About the Role

As the Manager of Clinical Services, you’ll lead with purpose, compassion, and vision. In this role, you’ll inspire and empower a dedicated clinical team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Partnering with an interdisciplinary group of professionals, you’ll shape strategic care plans, mentor future leaders, and champion a culture of excellence and empathy. Your leadership will ensure every patient receives comfort, dignity, and the highest standard of care when it matters most.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

Schedule

Monday through Friday, full-time position with on-call responsibilities.
