About the role

The Manager of Broker Sales Operations oversees the sales operations team, ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the sales team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies

  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or related field
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
