About the Role
As our Nursing Manager RN, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence. You will lead and mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and team needs, driving professional development and achieving unit goals. You will embody accountability and confidence with superior communication skills for all interactions, skillfully navigating challenges to ensure individual performance and overall unit success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Oversee clinical operations and advocate for patient and team needs.
- Drive professional development and achieve unit goals.
- Demonstrate accountability, confidence, and strong communication in all interactions.
- Maintain ongoing competency through quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) certification post-hire (provided internally).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR certification.

Pay
$54.76 - $81.45 per hour.
