As a dynamic leader, you will guide and empower our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence. You will lead and mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and team needs, driving professional development and achieving unit goals. You will embody accountability and confidence with superior communication skills for all interactions, skillfully navigating challenges to ensure individual performance and overall unit success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Nevada.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR certification.
• Quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire (provided internally).

Pay

$54.76 - $81.45 per hour.
