About the Role
Join our team as a day shift, full-time Intensive Care Unit Nursing Manager in Tulsa, OK. This role oversees roughly 80-85 employees in a Medical ICU unit, which includes a 24-bed intensive care unit and a 6-bed step-down unit. The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization, advocate for quality patient care, excellent customer service, and efficient healthcare. As a member of the management team, you will be involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and program development to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing or enrolled in a BSN program within 8 months of starting.
- Current RN license or a license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ clinical nursing experience in the area of specialty.
- Certification in clinical specialty.
