Manager – Measurement Business Process Optimization

Responsibilities

• Manage the Measurement BPO team for process and technology improvements
• Stay current on measurement software applications and coordinate necessary changes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and address high-value opportunities
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance collaboration and results
• Review team outputs and guide them towards successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, engineering, accounting, or computer system development required
• Experience with midstream energy industry's measurement technology solutions development (e.g., FLOWCAL, TESTit)
• Experience in business or process analysis and project management best practices
• Experience in defining project requirements and executing testing and training
• Ability to analyze business processes and suggest improvements
