Job Description Ensure consistent practices are defined & rolled out across the entire Service Logistics (SPL) network (warehousing, transport, call centers).This position will set standards (best practices) & drive innovations to stimulate growth Set Network productivity targets which drive EBIT growthEnable retention & growth of the business by ensuring provision of consistently high performing cost base & service for all customersDrive customer workshops to identify process improvements, alignments to standardsEnsure customer solution design is in line with standard.Support new customer business onto the network, and migrate customers to standard operating model & systemsDeliver EBIT and Gross Profit targets for the business across the network in line with the IBPSupport creation of CRF's in case customer requirements supports further DHL growth and offeringDeliver SPL services & value proposition efficiently & effectively across the network, ensuring smooth implementation of new contractsProvide market competitive unit cost, service across the regional network Required Education And Experience Bachelor degree required7-10 years of experience in logistics operations5 years of experience delivering complex projects and programs.
