Business Process Optimization Manager

About the role

Ensure consistent practices are defined and rolled out across the entire Service Logistics (SPL) network (warehousing, transport, call centers). This position will set standards (best practices) and drive innovations to stimulate growth.

• Set Network productivity targets which drive EBIT growth
• Enable retention and growth of the business by ensuring provision of consistently high performing cost base and service for all customers
• Drive customer workshops to identify process improvements and alignments to standards
• Ensure customer solution design is in line with standard
• Support new customer business onto the network, and migrate customers to standard operating model and systems
• Deliver EBIT and Gross Profit targets for the business across the network in line with the IB
• Support creation of CRF's in case customer requirements support further DHL growth and offering
• Deliver SPL services and value proposition efficiently and effectively across the network, ensuring smooth implementation of new contracts
• Provide market competitive unit cost and service across the regional network

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required
• 7-10 years of experience in logistics operations
• 5 years of experience delivering complex projects and programs
