Position Summary

Flexcon is seeking a Business Process Optimization Manager with a proven track record in data management, project management, and governance to align systems and data standards, reduce data discrepancies, and support reliable project planning and execution in a manufacturing environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs aligned with strategic goals

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and IT

  • Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and budget

  • Manage projects across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP process areas

  • Ensure end-to-end integration and data consistency across modules

  • Partner with Oracle Fusion Cloud functional and technical teams to optimize system usage

  • Aligning Oracle Fusion Cloud processes with manufacturing workflows (laminating, finishing, packaging)

  • Improve production planning, scheduling, and inventory accuracy

  • Drive cost efficiency and operational visibility through ERP utilization

  • Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving

    • Lead structured problem-solving initiatives using: PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) for continuous improvement cycles, VSM, 5 Whys for root cause identification, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams for process and quality analysis, Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

    • Standardizing processes and promoting a culture of operational excellence

  • Risk & Change Management

    • Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions

    • Manage change requests and ensure proper governance

    • Drive user adoption and change management across departments

  • Stakeholder Communication

    • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and performance metrics

    • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and alignment meetings

    • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-time, on-budget delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud and operational projects

  • Reduction in process inefficiencies across workstreams

  • Improvement in production throughput and schedule adherence

  • Increase in ERP data accuracy and process compliance

  • Reduction in defects and recurring issues through root cause analysis

  • Stakeholder satisfaction and user adoption

Business Strategy, Processes & Administration

  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

  • Analyze business requirements (As-Is), design business process and propose Blueprint functional solution for To Be future state

  • Create and maintain proper documentation

  • Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test processes and configuration assuring quality of any additions, changes or deletions to the system

  • Support daily Operations Issues – Prioritizing critical issues

  • Provides timely response to end user calls and help desk tickets assisting in problem resolution (helpdesk-role)

  • Liaison between business and IT

  • Maintain the team’s focus on security, standards and compliance policies while building optimal solutions

  • Ensure that tickets are closed according to SLA pre-defined

Compensation and Benefits

Based on region, the expected salary range(s) for this position is $101,312.72 - $168,854.53. The posted salary range is intended to provide a general idea of compensation. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience and other job-related factors. We take regional market differences into consideration to ensure fair and competitive pay in each area.
