Responsibilities
- Direct, supervise, train and motivate Community Marketing Associates and Supervisors.
- Drive the site's production of CMP tours and meet or exceed budgeted tour flow and VPG requirements.
- Meet personal tour production minimums and face-to-face vacation package sales budget.
- Recruit, hire and train CMP professionals and supervisors.
- Oversee daily operations of CMP programs to meet budgeted tour flow.
- Establish an ongoing training plan to implement integrity and enthusiasm in the CMP department.
- Work with CMP Supervisors to establish written and individual team goals to help achieve and maintain the highest levels of performance.
- Monitor and report performance of marketing at the site level, taking corrective action as required.
- Assist Marketing Director and site VP as needed.
Requirements
- Full-time availability required including weekends and holidays.
- High School Diploma or equivalent or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Internal Travel and Leisure experience or external timeshare experience in a similar role preferred.

- Ability to efficiently multi-task and negotiate effectively.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Pay
Generally starting at $80,169 per year plus commissions and bonuses. The actual salary rate will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
