Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute the Marketing Automation strategy and optimization roadmap across Neighborly brands
  • Audit existing customer journeys, campaigns, and automations to identify optimization opportunities and implement a structured testing program to continuously improve performance through A/B, multivariate, and holdout testing
  • Develop and manage a structured testing roadmap, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, holdout testing, and iterative optimization initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and engagement trends to identify actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes
  • Create detailed campaign briefs for the Operations team, outlining business objectives, target audiences, messaging strategy, personalization requirements, testing plans, and success metrics

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven experience with 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Strategy, Digital Marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and business performance
  • Experience developing and executing marketing automation strategies, customer lifecycle programs, and journey optimization initiatives across email, SMS, and other digital channels
  • Proven experience auditing and optimizing customer journeys, campaign workflows, and automated programs to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer value
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing testing and experimentation programs, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, holdout testing, and iterative optimization methodologies

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field

Schedule

  • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home
  • Office locations: 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX; 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, TX
  • Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM local time zone
