Manager, Marketing Strategy

Responsibilities
- Partner with top sellers to shape and bring to market high-value revenue opportunities
- Translate client objectives into breakthrough, multi-platform marketing programs
- Lead brainstorms that push beyond expected solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable programs across markets
- Own the pitch process end-to-end, ensuring speed, alignment, and execution
- Stay ahead of cultural and media trends to inform strategy
- Contribute to Innovation Lab thought leadership by developing internal and external content
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and sell breakthrough marketing ideas
- Strategic, creative thinker who can reframe client challenges into compelling opportunities
- Strong project ownership with the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end in fast-paced environments
- Excellent storytelling, writing skills, and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including remote sales organizations
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint required)
- Experience working with marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results
- 5–7 years in media, marketing, advertising, or related fields
- Experience developing revenue-driving ideas for sales teams
- Background working with large brands preferred

Pay
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $96,000 - $120,000
