About the role
The Manager, Imaging Services oversees daily operations and strategic development of the imaging department, ensuring high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services. Key responsibilities include managing imaging staff, monitoring equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with radiologists and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Manages the application of diagnostic imaging technology and regulatory standards.
- Adopts, develops, and applies policies, protocols, and procedures to measure and improve the quality of diagnostic imaging services provided by different departments and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manages personnel through performance management, qualified staff selection and training, and effective communication.
- Manages the safety of diagnostic imaging service activities and creates a safe environment for patients, staff, and the public.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of diagnostic imaging experience and two (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field.
- Medical Radiographer license in California, or equivalent certification.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Adult Echo, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Pediatric Echo, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Fetal Echo, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Abdomen, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Breast, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Neurosonology, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer OB/GYN, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Pediatric Sono, Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, Registered Technologist Bone Densitometry, Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, Registered Technologist Cardio Interventional Radiography, Registered Technologist Mammography, Registered Technologist Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Registered Technologist Quality Management, Registered Technologist Radiation Therapy, Registered Technologist Vascualr Inteventional Rad, or Registered Technologist Vascular Sonography.

Pay
The posted compensation range of $60.24 - $89.60 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
