Manager Imaging Services

About the role

The Manager, Imaging Services oversees daily operations and strategic development of the imaging department, ensuring high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services. Key responsibilities include managing imaging staff, monitoring equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with radiologists and other departments.

To be successful, the Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, technical proficiency, and strategic management skills, driving continuous improvement, quality control, and a collaborative environment for departmental success and patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates will receive a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary.

Requirements

• Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required, or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree. Minimum of three (3) years of diagnostic imaging experience and two (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field required.
• Required Licensure: Certified technologist CA state licensure required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
