About the role

The Manager, HR Technology (Workday Integrations) is a technical leader responsible for driving the strategy, design, delivery, and support of Lennar’s Workday technology ecosystem. This role serves as a subject matter expert across Workday Core capabilities, including HCM, Payroll, and Benefits, with a primary focus on integrations, API standards, system architecture, and scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical direction of Lennar’s Workday integrations and HR technology ecosystem.
  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related HR functions.
  • Establish integration standards, API best practices, and technical governance to support scalable solutions.
  • Partner with HR and IT leaders to deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and the Associate experience.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR technology professionals supporting Workday solutions.
  • Influence the future of Lennar’s HR technology environment through innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Workday or enterprise HR technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience as a technical lead responsible for Workday integrations and system architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core functionality, including HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
  • Extensive experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Workday integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Experience defining API standards, integration frameworks, and technical governance practices.
  • Experience leading technical teams and developing high-performing team members.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, HR data, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience managing complex technology initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday certification(s) and/or Workday implementation experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HRIS or similar fields preferred.
