Sr. Manager, HR Technology (Workday Integrations)

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of Workday integrations and HR technology systems
• Establish integration standards and best practices to support scalable solutions
• Direct product development team to ensure successful delivery of roadmap releases
• Conduct discovery sessions to define and manage the product roadmap
• Manage business relationships to ensure user satisfaction and application functionality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degrees preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience, with 3+ years in technical product management
• 1+ year of leading product teams
• Experience in driving product roadmap and executing leadership strategy
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on research and data insights
