About the role
As Manager, HR Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also manage HR projects and initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage complex HR processes and systems
- Experience with talent acquisition and succession planning
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
