Manager, HR Analytics & Technology Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, HR Analytics & Technology Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead the use of people data, HR systems, and automation to strengthen workforce decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into practical analytics and technology solutions. The position also plays a key role in guiding a team, improving reporting capabilities, and identifying responsible uses for AI within HR processes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $146,679 – $158,711 annually Responsibilities Execute the HR analytics and technology roadmap in alignment with business needs Shape HR strategy through data, systems, and automation Lead a team of analysts while fostering continuous improvement Translate business requirements into effective data solutions Manage and optimize HR reporting and dashboards Monitor KPIs and establish benchmarks for performance measurement Identify opportunities for AI integration in HR processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience 2+ years of people leadership experience Proven experience in HR technology and analytics Strong project management skills Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Experience with major HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP Knowledge of responsible AI practices Benefits Opportunity for remote or flexible working arrangement Access to continuous learning and professional development Collaborative and innovative work culture Engagement with executive leadership Health and wellness programs Contribution to impactful HR initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
