Manager, People Technology & Analytics
About the role
As the Manager, People Technology + Analytics for Pandora NAM, you will lead and oversee the technical operations of human resource systems for Pandora North America. You will also serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for several solution platforms supporting the overall HR and business strategy, including SuccessFactors and UKG.
Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees the day-to-day technical operations of Human Resource systems (SuccessFactors, UltiPro, etc) for Pandora North America
- Develops and mentors team members in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, cross training, building capabilities and in achieving management objectives
- Ensures data integrity, security, adherence to the Pandora North America corporate structure in SuccessFactors and UltiPro
- Manages and generates reports/queries, which includes writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of ad-hoc and routine reports utilizing Cognos Analytics, SuccessFactors reporting and MS Excel. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Pairs with the Global People Technology team overseeing related projects and process improvement initiatives to maximize our systems capabilities through automation and efficiency.
- Designs and implements procedures to ensure HR data is accurate and reportable. Performs system maintenance, which includes reviewing, testing and implementation of upgrades, and documenting/training business on new functionality.
- Advises business partners on system compliance in coordination with local regulations
- Strategically provides continuous improvements to the HR Data processes by analyzing new functionality for maximum use and relevance for Pandora North America
- Pairs with key stakeholders to develop and implement technology solutions to meet the day-to-day needs of the business. Identifies and understands complex system issues, recommends solutions, and takes the appropriate course of action to best support the business.
- Manages and participates in internal and external audit requests
- Manages the development and administration of vendor data integrations
- Maintains Human Resources information confidentiality
- Clean, transform, and validate system data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR data sets.
- Use quantitative analysis techniques to identify trends, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support HR initiatives and identify emerging risks or opportunities
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and guide HR programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline is preferred
- 8+ years’ experience in HRIS administration and configuration with 4+ years of people management preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects in highly matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities.
- Previous experience with payroll systems preferably Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) – UltiPro
- Previous experience with Workforce Management Systems preferably Ceridian Day Force
- Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors with a strong technical capability on system functionality
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical and technical ability.

- Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages, such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience using data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to build dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, including understanding of data structures, data extraction, and data governance concepts.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve data integration issues, such as mismatches, missing fields, or failed data syncs (in partnership with HRIS/IT).
