Senior Manager, People Technology & Analytics
We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Technology & Analytics to lead the transformation of our People operations. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards and People Operations, you will oversee the People team's analytics foundation, automate workflows, and design a scalable tech stack with AI embedded.
- Build Centralized Analytics Capabilities: Design and scale a certified workforce metric ecosystem, including predictive analytics for attrition modeling, workforce planning, and other forward-looking insights.
- Rebuild Lifecycle Operations: Automate manual, error-prone workflows in recruiting, onboarding, comp cycles, and employee support; measure reductions in manual effort and escalations.
- Own the People Tech Stack Strategy: Set architectural direction for integrations and data sharing; evaluate new tools and vendors; make deliberate build/buy/integrate decisions.
- Establish AI Governance: Define frameworks for reliable and intentional AI-assisted workflows; set standards for AI usage within the People team.
- Lead and Develop Team: Manage and grow direct reports; set clear KPIs; foster a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
- Drive Change Adoption: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; bring the People team and broader organization along through system changes; ensure new tools and workflows stick.
You should have 8+ years of experience in People technology or analytics, with at least 3 years managing and developing a high-performing team. Experience rebuilding People operations on automated foundations, owning a multi-system HR tech stack, and building predictive analytics for People use cases is required. Fluency in modern data and automation tooling, and understanding of AI in People operations, is essential. You must also have experience taking solutions from concept to production deployment and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
