Manager, Global Marketing – Garnier DMI

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage US Category Growth Plan development
  • Strategic influence of Global launch Plan to ensure US needs are captured
  • Strategic influence over US marketing to ensure plan is adopted
  • Manage US country relationships & communication for the category
  • Prepare for Management & US meetings
  • Handle Financial/Economic equations with US & DMI Finance teams
  • Manage R&I / Industry coordination
  • Handle claims alignment & approvals with US legal team
  • Lead from brief to final approval of Artwork Process
  • Manage product portfolio & US specific development in a timely manner & excellence
  • Extract, manage & analyze competitor and consumer data generating strategic insights for decision making
  • Own & Develop US formulas, killer claims, star ingredients, as well as consult on globally led projects ensuring relevancy to US marketplace
  • Coordinate CMI Research plan (brief & testing plan & testing material development)
  • Participate in US Focus Groups & share learnings with Global team
  • Content Consult on Global & US-specific IMC development
  • US claims & legal validation
  • Collaborate with content team to ensure US needs are captured

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of industry-related marketing work experience (consumer package goods or beauty)
  • Experience working collaboratively with R&D on a new product or renovation
  • Experience successfully launching and managing a new product or renovation through its entire life cycle
  • Prior experience in Global Marketing preferred
