Job Responsibilities
- Manage US Category Growth Plan development
- Strategic influence of Global launch Plan to ensure US needs are captured
- Strategic influence over US marketing to ensure plan is adopted
- Manage US country relationships & communication for the category
- Prepare for Management & US meetings
- Handle Financial/Economic equations with US & DMI Finance teams
- Manage R&I / Industry coordination
- Handle claims alignment & approvals with US legal team
- Lead from brief to final approval of Artwork Process
- Manage product portfolio & US specific development in a timely manner & excellence
- Extract, manage & analyze competitor and consumer data generating strategic insights for decision making
- Own & Develop US formulas, killer claims, star ingredients, as well as consult on globally led projects ensuring relevancy to US marketplace
- Coordinate CMI Research plan (brief & testing plan & testing material development)
- Participate in US Focus Groups & share learnings with Global team
- Content Consult on Global & US-specific IMC development
- US claims & legal validation
- Collaborate with content team to ensure US needs are captured
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of industry-related marketing work experience (consumer package goods or beauty)
- Experience working collaboratively with R&D on a new product or renovation
- Experience successfully launching and managing a new product or renovation through its entire life cycle
- Prior experience in Global Marketing preferred
