About the role

Responsible for the management of Global Advertising campaign budgets from creation, to forecast and monthly close for the lifespan of these films. Will be a key contact within the marketing finance group for all things marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing budgets for Home Office which includes both Domestic and International as well as European regional plans overseen by the VP Marketing Finance.
  • Work directly with various leaders within the Marketing team(s) to analyze spending patterns to ensure leaders stay within the adpub ultimates.
  • Trouble shoot with key members as campaign beats change to ensure we are managing spend holistically.
  • Create and maintain detailed creative budget reports which are used for reviewing with the various creative executives and the Head Creative on a weekly basis.
  • Perform special projects as needed or assigned.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years business experience required, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Financial Accounting experience required.
  • Marketing related experience preferred.
  • SAP experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field required.
  • MBA Preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.
  • Knowledge of report, letter, document formatting.
  • Well organized, self-motivated with proven people skills at all levels of an organization.
  • General office activities: walking, sitting, standing, typing, etc.
  • Able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of WB Management, staff, vendors, and other outside business contacts.
  • Able to pay close attention to detail.
  • Able to understand written and oral instructions.
  • Able to organize and schedule work efficiently with little supervision.
  • Able to work well under time constraints.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
